Osmo Wood Wax Finish Locking (3103D) is a specially formulated microporous wood wax designed as a locking coat for interior timber surfaces. It is used as a first coat to seal and stabilise the wood before applying a top coat of Osmo Wood Wax Finish, improving adhesion and ensuring a consistent, even finish.

Formulated from natural oils and waxes, it penetrates deep into the wood rather than sitting on the surface, providing a stable base that won't crack, peel, or flake. Suitable for use on floors, furniture, doors, and panelling.

• Finish: Locking coat — used as a primer/base coat
• Coverage: Approx. 25–40 m² per litre
• Application: Brush, roller, or Osmo flat brush
• Coats required: 1 coat as a base, followed by 1–2 coats of Osmo Wood Wax Finish
• Suitable for: Interior wood floors, furniture, doors, and panelling
• Properties: Microporous, penetrating, stabilising base coat
• Drying time: Approx. 8–10 hours before top coat
