It maintains its integrity under elevated temperatures, helping to prevent the spread of fire, smoke, and toxic gases through gaps in fire-rated walls, floors, and partitions. Grey suits concrete, blockwork, and metal substrate applications where a neutral, unobtrusive finish is required.
